We have enought warehouse capacity and are actively working on a policy to always have the best place for every product. The right product in the right place at any time, that is the goal in e-fulfillment. This translates into different points:
- An optimal replenishment in our stock warehouse on buffer location, and on order pick location.
- For each product the right pick location based on sales frequency, volume and other features that determine whether the product should be at the beginning or end of an order pick route.
- Small numbers of a product or products with unique dimensions? We have experience with customization in locations!
